Lamp Parts & Lampshade Frames:   All sales are final 20 days from invoice date.   No merchandise is returnable or refundable after 20 days.   Unless there is mistake on our part, if you wish to return an item within 20 days, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and you must pay for return shipping & insurance costs.   Call first for Return Authorization number.   No restocking fee charged for exchange of merchandise of equal or greater value.   Shipping costs are not refundable.  Any damage  in shipment must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise in case a claim must be filed with carrier.

EXCEPTION:    Glass Lampshades & Torchiere Shades are all special orders.  Please be certain you take accurate measurements before ordering.

Custom hand-sewn lampshades:   50% deposit is required in advance.  Once the work is begun, your deposit is not refundable.

When ordering, please specify if delivery is to be made to residential or commercial address.

Privacy Policy:  None of your information leaves our premises!  We don't use any tracking or "snooping" software, so feel free to browse at your leisure on any of our web pages.
